App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pill Counter mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Camera Access

The App uses your device camera solely to capture images of pill trays for on-device counting. Camera images are processed entirely on your device using an embedded machine learning model. No images or camera data are transmitted to our servers or any third party.

On-Device Processing

All pill detection and counting is performed locally on your device using Apple's Core ML framework. No image data, detection results, or counting data leaves your device.

Session History

Counting sessions, including reference images and results, are stored locally on your device. You can view and delete them at any time. This data is never transmitted off your device.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary for the App to function, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage statistics
• Crash reports and performance data

Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription through the App:

• All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• We may receive confirmation of subscription status from Apple to provide premium features

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Process and fulfill subscription purchases
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the App's performance and user experience

Subscription Products

• Weekly Premium: Includes a 3-day free trial, then automatically renews weekly
• Annual Premium: Automatically renews annually

Subscription Management

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Restore purchases functionality is available to retrieve your subscription on other devices

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App's services and comply with legal requirements. Session history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
