Getting started

Paystub Maker: Pay Stub & Docs helps you create US pay stubs and small business documents (purchase orders, packing slips, delivery notes, and proof-of-income letters) directly on your iPhone or iPad.

1. Open the app and choose the document you want to make.
2. Fill in the details: employer and worker information, pay period, hours, and earnings.
3. Review the estimated federal, FICA, and state withholding in the editable breakdown, and adjust any line as needed.
4. Preview the result, then export a clean PDF with no watermark.

About the withholding estimates

Tax figures are estimated from the published 2026 IRS Publication 15-T (federal), exact FICA rules (Social Security 6.2% up to the wage base, Medicare 1.45% plus the 0.9% additional surtax), and tables for all 50 states plus DC. Every figure is editable. These numbers are estimates to help you draft a document and should be verified against your official payroll. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Troubleshooting

My export is blocked

The first PDF export is free. After that, exporting requires Premium. Open the app's paywall to choose a plan, or tap Restore Purchases if you already own one.

A figure looks wrong

All withholding values are estimates and fully editable. Open the breakdown and adjust any line to match your official payroll.

The app feels slow or unresponsive

Close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, restart your device and make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store.

My purchase did not unlock

Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases (see below).

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium can be unlocked in three ways:

• Lifetime: a one-time purchase of $24.99. Non-renewing, with nothing to cancel.
• Annual: $19.99 per year with a 3-day free trial, then auto-renews yearly.
• Weekly: $3.99 per week with a 3-day free trial, then auto-renews weekly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Manage or cancel subscriptions

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore a purchase you already own:

1. Open Paystub Maker: Pay Stub & Docs.
2. Go to Settings or the paywall inside the app.
3. Tap Restore Purchases.
4. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase if prompted.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
