App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Paystub Maker: Pay Stub & Docs mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App is built to run entirely on your device and we do not collect your data.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information from you. The documents, figures, employer and worker details, and any other data you enter are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us or to any third party by the App.
On-device processing
All document creation and all withholding estimates are calculated on your device. The App makes no network calls for its core features. There is no cloud service, no server, and no artificial intelligence or third-party processing involved in creating your documents.
No analytics or tracking
The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) for those purposes. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Purchases
If you choose to buy Premium (a one-time Lifetime unlock or a weekly or annual subscription), the purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using Apple StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple handles billing in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. The App may check with Apple whether you hold an active purchase in order to unlock Premium features, but this does not involve sending us your personal information.
Data sharing
Because the App does not collect your data, there is nothing for us to sell, trade, rent, or share. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Data retention and deletion
Your documents and entries live on your device under your control. You can delete them in the App at any time, and deleting the App removes its data from your device.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for general business and personal record-keeping and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
