Passport Photo: Visa ID Maker · Effective July 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Passport Photo: Visa ID Maker mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The free tier includes unlimited compliance checks, the auto-crop preview and watermarked preview exports. Premium unlocks watermark-free export at exact dimensions, the 4x6 in / 10x15 cm print sheet, automatic background replacement and all country presets.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (how to). Refunds are handled by Apple. Restore purchases from the app. Prices may vary by region.
The App measures photos against publicly published government photo specifications. Authorities apply their own judgment and may change requirements at any time; some countries (for example Germany, for its own passports and ID cards since May 2025) only accept photos taken at certified studios. The compliance meter is an aid, not a guarantee that any authority will accept a photo. The App is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government.
Use the App only for lawful purposes and only to prepare photos of yourself or of people who have asked you to help them. Do not reverse engineer the App or use it to create fraudulent documents.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including rejected applications, missed appointments or fees charged by authorities or print services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
