How do I start my streak?

Open the Tracker tab and tap "Start No Contact." Your clock begins from the moment you last had contact.

I broke no contact. What now?

Tap "I broke no contact" in the urge-support screen, or reset from the tracker. Your history and longest streak are kept, the clock restarts, and you begin again. A slip is data, not failure.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. If you delete the app, the data is removed.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to the More tab and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I get a guided exercise or insights?

The full coping library, insights dashboard, affirmation deck, unlimited journal history, and themes are part of Premium. Tap any locked feature or "Unlock Premium" in More.

Subscriptions

No Contact offers a weekly subscription ($3.99/week) with a 3-day free trial, and an annual subscription ($19.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
