Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the No Contact: Letting Go mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium: $3.99/week with a 3-day free trial.
- Annual Premium: $19.99/year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App's More tab. Refunds are handled under Apple's App Store policies.
Not professional advice
The App provides self-help and emotional-support tools to help you maintain no contact after a breakup. It is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, contact a local emergency service or a crisis hotline.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Apple standard EULA
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
