Privacy Policy

App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the No Contact: Letting Go mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy matters, especially in an app this personal. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your information.
The short version
Everything you enter in the App, your streak, your journal entries, your reasons, your mood check-ins, stays on your device. We have no account system, we do not run analytics or tracking, and your personal content is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Information we collect
Content you create: Your streak, journal entries, reasons, mood ratings, milestones, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We cannot see this content. It is removed when you delete the App.
Support emails: If you email us, we receive whatever you include (such as your email address) and use it only to reply.
We do not collect: No analytics or usage-tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no profiles. We have nothing of yours to sell.
Subscriptions
All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple provides the App with your subscription status, checked on-device through StoreKit, so it can unlock premium features.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Because your content never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to share. Apple processes subscription transactions under Apple's own privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
Your data lives on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. To delete everything, delete the App. There is no server copy.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for adults navigating a breakup and is not directed at children under 13.
Not medical advice
The App offers self-help tools. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis hotline.
