What it does

Most translation tools either return a plain-text dump (no layout) or require you to copy-paste each paragraph. MultiDocX takes your file in its native format — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX — translates the text in place, and gives you back a copy that looks and reads like the original, just in another language.

Supported formats

PDF Word (.docx) Excel (.xlsx) PowerPoint (.pptx)

What you get

Layout preserved

Tables, images, headers, footnotes, multi-column pages — all stay where they were.

30+ languages

All major European and many Asian languages. Auto-detect the source if you're not sure.

Private by default

Originals are deleted from our servers minutes after translation. We never use your documents to train models.

Fast

Most documents finish in under a minute. Even 100-page PDFs usually return in a few minutes.

How it works

  1. Upload your document.
  2. Pick the source language (or auto-detect) and the target.
  3. Click Translate. Your file is processed and returned in the same format.
  4. Download. Re-download from your account any time, or delete it.

FAQ

Will the translated file look exactly like the original?

Close, but not always exactly. Translated text rarely has the same length as the source — German is often longer, Chinese is often shorter — so lines may wrap differently or shift down. Tables and images stay in place.

Is my document private?

Yes. Originals are deleted within minutes of translation completing. Translated copies are kept in your account so you can re-download them; you can delete them at any time. We never use your documents to train AI. Details in our Privacy Policy.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is on the subscription page in the app. There's a free tier so you can test the output before committing.

How do I get help?
