These Terms of Service govern your use of MultiDocX, a document translation app operated by App Harbour ApS (a Danish private limited company, "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
MultiDocX takes a document you upload (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or similar) and returns a translated copy with the original layout preserved as faithfully as the underlying tools allow. We use third-party machine-translation engines under the hood.
MultiDocX does not require you to create an account, sign in, or give us your name or email. You just open the app and translate. Your free page allowance, any page packs you buy, and your translation history are stored on your device.
Don't use MultiDocX to translate content that you don't have the right to translate (copyrighted material without permission, classified or export-controlled data, etc.). Don't try to break, probe, scrape, or overload the service. Don't use it to translate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
Your first 3 pages are free. After that you can either buy one-time page packs (which never expire) or subscribe to MultiDocX Plus for regular use. Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. MultiDocX Plus is an auto-renewable subscription: it renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Page packs are a one-time purchase and are not a subscription.
To manage or cancel a subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or support.apple.com/HT202039.
For App Store purchases, refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For other payment methods, contact us at info@appharbour.com within 14 days of purchase and we will assess the request in line with applicable EU consumer protection law.
Machine translation is useful but not perfect. MultiDocX's output is provided as-is for your convenience. You're responsible for reviewing any translation before using it in a legal, financial, medical, or otherwise critical context. We do not warrant that translations are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using MultiDocX, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those documents for the sole purpose of providing the translation service to you, and only for as long as needed to do so. We don't use your documents for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down for maintenance, security, or unforeseen reasons. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MultiDocX, including but not limited to losses caused by reliance on the accuracy of a translation. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can stop using MultiDocX at any time by deleting the app. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID as described above. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms, with notice when reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
