These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HEIC Converter: JPG, PDF mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The App is free to download and use for basic conversion. It offers a single one-time purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. This is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You can restore the unlock on your other devices with "Restore Purchase" in the App. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
The App converts images entirely on your device. We do not receive, store, or transmit your images or converted files. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any files you create.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
All content and functionality of the App are owned by App Harbour ApS. The images you convert remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of files you did not keep a copy of.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
