Troubleshooting

The convert button is greyed out.

Select at least one photo first. Tap "Select Photos" on the home screen.

PNG or PDF is locked.

PNG and PDF output, unlimited batch size, and EXIF/GPS stripping are part of the one-time Lifetime Unlock. JPG conversion of up to 10 images at a time is free.

I bought the unlock on another device.

Open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchase". Your Lifetime Unlock restores on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Where do my converted files go?

After converting, tap "Save or Share" to send them to Files, Photos, AirDrop, or any app via the share sheet.

Do you upload my photos?

No. Everything happens on your device. Your photos and converted files never leave your phone.

Purchase and refunds

The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
