App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the HEIC Converter: JPG, PDF mobile application (the "App"). The short version: the App does its work entirely on your device. Your photos and the files it creates never leave your iPhone or iPad, and we do not collect any personal data.
We do not collect personal information from you. The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that gather data.
Images you select are read and converted locally on your device. Converted JPG, PNG, and PDF files are written to temporary storage on your device and shared only where you choose to save them. Your photos and converted files are never uploaded to us or any server.
The App has no login, no account, and makes no network requests to deliver its core function. You can use it fully in airplane mode.
The App offers a single one-time purchase, a Lifetime Unlock (non-consumable). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not see or store your payment details.
If you choose to save a converted file back to your photo library, iOS asks for add-only photo permission, used solely to write the file you asked to save. The App does not read or browse your library; you select images through Apple's system photo picker, which runs outside the App.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information, because we do not collect any.
The App is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
