By downloading or using FlexAthlete: hEDS Training ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FlexAthlete is a training and wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or hypermobility. Readiness scores and training suggestions are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop if you experience pain, instability, or injury.
FlexAthlete offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, and an annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The app is licensed, not sold, to you, and your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it. We may update or discontinue features over time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app. You are responsible for training within your own limits.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
