Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dependency & Critical Path ("the app"), a monday.com marketplace application provided by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app within your monday.com account for as long as your installation and any applicable subscription are active.

Acceptable use

Use the app only with data and accounts you are authorized to access, and in compliance with monday.com's terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Subscriptions and billing

The app offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan billed per seat through monday.com, with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by monday.com under its billing terms. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features ends at the close of the billing period.

Your data

You retain all rights to your board data. The app accesses it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scheduling output is a planning aid; you are responsible for verifying dates before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page.
