Dependency & Critical Path ("the app") is a monday.com marketplace application operated by App Harbour ApS. This policy explains what the app accesses, how it is used, and what we store. The short version: the app works on your own board data inside monday.com and keeps it there, with one exception you control - the optional AI Schedule Analyst, which sends a compact summary of your already-computed schedule to our AI provider only at the moment you ask it to analyze your plan.
What the app accesses
With the permissions you approve when you install it, the app reads and writes data on the boards where you use it, through the monday.com API. The OAuth scopes it requests are:
- me:read - your basic profile, to identify the current user.
- boards:read - board items and the columns it schedules from (Timeline / Date, Dependency, People, Numbers).
- boards:write - to update dependent dates and dependency links when you ask it to.
- account:read - basic account info, used to determine your subscription tier.
- users:read - user names, to label people in the workload view.
How that data is used
Board data is used solely to compute and display your schedule - the Gantt, the critical path, slack, workload, and conflict warnings - and, when you trigger it, to write shifted dates or dependency links back to your board. The board view and dashboard widget run in your browser and talk to monday.com directly.
What we store
We do not copy your board content into an outside database. The app stores a small amount of its own configuration in monday.com's app storage, tied to your account: per-board settings (column mapping, working-day calendar, holidays), baselines you capture, and any cross-board dependency links you create. This data lives within monday's platform.
Hosting and the automation
The app runs on monday code (monday.com's hosting). The optional auto-shift automation receives a short-lived access token from monday when a date changes, reads only the affected board to recompute the schedule, writes the new dates, and does not retain your board content afterward.
AI Schedule Analyst (optional, Pro)
The AI Schedule Analyst is the only feature that involves a third party, and only when you explicitly click Analyze. At that moment the app sends a compact text summary of the schedule it has already computed - task names, dates, working-day durations, slack, and any conflicts - to our AI provider, Anthropic, which returns the written analysis. Your board is not copied: only that summary is sent, it is sent only on your action, and it is not retained by the app. The scheduling itself is computed deterministically inside the app; the model only explains the numbers, it does not compute or change any dates. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. If you never use the feature, nothing is ever sent.
What we do not do
No selling or sharing of your data. No advertising. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Aside from the opt-in AI Schedule Analyst described above (which runs only when you click Analyze), no processing of your content by any large-language model and no transfer of your board data outside the monday.com platform.
Subscriptions
Billing is handled by monday.com. We never receive or store your payment details.
Data retention and deletion
Uninstalling the app from your account removes its access. To request deletion of the app's stored settings/baselines for your account, email us and we will remove them.
