Getting started

Add the Dependency Gantt view to a board that has a Timeline or Date column.
Click + Add dependency, then click a predecessor task followed by its successor to link them.
The critical path, slack, and any conflicts are computed live from your board.
Add the Cross-board dependency map widget to a dashboard to span multiple boards.

Common questions

The Gantt is empty.

Make sure your items have dates in a Timeline or Date column. The app schedules from those columns.

Auto-shift isn't moving dates.

Auto-shift is a Pro feature. On the free tier you can still see the critical path and conflicts. To run it automatically when a date changes, add the "When a date changes, shift dependent task dates" automation to the board (Pro).

What's free vs Pro?

Free: full Gantt, critical path, slack, conflict warnings, and up to 10 dependencies on one board. Pro: auto-shift, cross-board mapping, and unlimited dependencies and boards. Pro has a 14-day free trial.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by monday.com - manage or cancel from your monday.com account's billing settings.

Is my data safe?

Yes - the app works on your own board data inside monday.com and sends nothing to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
