Your use of Custody Tracker: Parent Log is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, together with the terms below.
What the app is
Custody Tracker is a personal organization tool that helps a parent keep their own private record of parenting time, expenses and notes. It is not legal advice and does not provide legal, court, mediation, or identity-verification services. Your records are your personal notes; you are responsible for how you use them.
Subscriptions
- Custody Tracker offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial and an annual subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and only for your own record-keeping. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional legal advice.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on records kept in it. Because data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
