Privacy Policy

Custody Tracker is built to be private. We do not collect your data.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. The custody times, expenses, notes and photos you enter are stored only on your device (in the app's private storage) and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Photos

If you attach a photo (a Premium feature), you select it through Apple's system photo picker and it is copied into the app's private storage on your device. The app does not access your photo library beyond the specific images you choose.

Data you export

Premium lets you export a text summary of a month using the iOS share sheet. When you choose to share or save that summary, it goes wherever you send it — that action is under your control.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Children

The app is intended for use by a parent (an adult). It does not knowingly collect information from children, and in fact collects no personal information at all.

Your control

Because your data lives only on your device, you can remove all of it at any time by deleting an entry or deleting the app. There is no server-side copy for us to hold.
