Does the other parent need the app?
No. Custody Tracker is a single-parent tool. It is your own private record — the other parent is not involved and cannot see your data.
Is my data backed up to a server?
No. Everything is stored on your device. Premium export lets you share or back up a summary yourself.
Is this a legal or court tool?
No. It is a personal organizer to help you stay on top of shared parenting. It is not legal advice and does not provide legal or court services.
