By using Tinnitus Masker: Sound Therapy you agree to these terms and to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Tinnitus Masker provides relief sounds and general educational content only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it makes no medical claims. It is not a substitute for professional advice. If your tinnitus is sudden, one-sided, pulsing, or comes with hearing loss, dizziness or pain, please see an audiologist or doctor. Sudden or one-sided tinnitus can need prompt medical attention. Listen at a comfortable, low volume to protect your hearing.

Free tier and premium

The app is free to download. The free tier includes the frequency matcher, three soundscapes and the sleep timer. Premium unlocks notched sound therapy, the full soundscape mixer, the calm and habituation course, and relief-log trends.

Purchases, pricing and renewal

Premium is available as:

a weekly subscription at $3.99 with a 3-day free trial,
an annual subscription at $24.99, and
a one-time lifetime purchase at $39.99.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region and over time; the exact price and terms are shown on the paywall before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The lifetime option is a single non-recurring purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Acceptable use

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app. You use the sounds and content at your own discretion and responsibility.
