Effective date: June 13, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Inventory Tracker: Stockpile app (the "App"), operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and business inventory tracking purposes.
The App is free to download and use, with the following free allowances:
Premium removes these limits and adds premium features: unlimited items, unlimited locations, CSV export, and the one-tap PDF inventory and insurance value report. These allowances exist to keep the App sustainable; they are enforced on your device.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Your inventory data is stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups, for example by using CSV export. Inventory totals and the PDF inventory and insurance value report are generated from the data you enter and are provided for your own record keeping. We make no representation that any report satisfies a particular insurer, tax authority, or legal requirement. All processing happens on your device; we never see your data.
All content and functionality of the App are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your inventory data remains yours.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP HARBOUR APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT GENERATED WITH IT.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, and may update these Terms by posting changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
