Getting started
- Tap Add Item, then scan a barcode or QR code, or enter the item details by hand.
- Fill in quantity, cost price, sale price, photos, and notes.
- Choose a folder or location, and set a low-stock threshold if you want alerts.
- Use search and total inventory value to keep on top of your stock.
Scanning tips
- Hold the camera steady and fill the frame with the barcode or QR code.
- Use even lighting and avoid glare across the code.
- If a code will not scan, you can always add the item by hand instead.
Import and export
- CSV import: bring in an existing list to populate your inventory quickly. Import is available on the free tier.
- CSV export: back up or move your data out as a CSV file. CSV export is a premium feature.
- PDF report: generate a one-tap inventory and insurance value report. The PDF report is a premium feature.
Free version limits
The free version includes 1 location and up to 25 items, with manual entry, barcode scan, photos, and CSV import. Premium unlocks unlimited items, unlimited locations, CSV export, and the PDF report.

- Already purchased on another device? Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in app settings.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not available: the app needs camera permission to scan. Enable it in Settings, Privacy and Security, Camera.
- Cannot add photos: grant photo access in Settings, Privacy and Security, Photos, or use the camera instead.
- CSV import did not match: make sure your file has a header row and columns the app can map, then re-import.
- Purchases not recognised: tap Restore Purchases and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
