Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 13, 2026. App Harbour ApS ("we", "us") operates the Inventory Tracker: Stockpile app (the "App").

The short version

The App collects no data. Everything happens on your device. Your inventory, item photos, and notes stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. The App has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your inventory items, item photos, or notes. All entry, scanning, search, and reporting run entirely on your device.
• We do not require or offer user accounts.
• We do not use analytics or advertising frameworks.
• We do not include third-party SDKs that collect data.
• We do not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts.

Data stored on your device

• Inventory data (item names, quantities, cost and sale prices, photos, notes, folders, and locations) is stored on your device. Deleting items in the App, or deleting the App, removes them.
• CSV and PDF files you create with import or export are written so you can save or share them, and they remain under your control.
• Free-tier usage (your item and location counts) is tracked on your device so the free allowance works.

Camera and photos

Camera and photo library access are used only on your device, and only when you choose to scan a barcode or QR code or attach an item photo. These images are processed locally and are not transmitted anywhere.

Subscriptions and purchases

All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. The App receives your subscription and purchase status from Apple (via StoreKit) to unlock premium features.

Support

If you email us at info@appharbour.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you.

Your rights

Because the App stores your data only on your device, access, correction, and deletion are in your hands: edit or delete items in the App, or delete the App to remove everything. For anything else, contact us at info@appharbour.com.

Children's privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
