Agreement
SOAP Notes: Massage Charting is published by App Harbour ApS. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
What the app is, and is not
- The app is a record-keeping tool for licensed professionals such as massage therapists, bodyworkers, chiropractors and estheticians.
- It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
- It does not make your practice compliant with any regulation by itself. You remain responsible for the legal and professional obligations that apply to your practice, including how long you must retain client records.
Free version and subscriptions
- The free version includes 1 client and 3 sessions, with every feature available.
- Premium unlocks unlimited clients and sessions via an auto-renewing subscription: weekly at $4.99 with a 3-day free trial, or annual at $29.99 (prices may vary by region).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Restore previous purchases from the app's settings.
Your data and your responsibility
- All records are stored only on your device. We cannot recover them for you. Keep your device backed up; your records are included in standard iCloud or computer backups of your device.
- Deleting the app deletes its locally stored records.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires before recording client information, and for the accuracy of what you record.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store information about people without the authority to do so.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data arising from use of the app, device loss, or failure to maintain backups.
