My paywall shows no prices
This usually means the App Store could not be reached. Check your connection, then close and reopen the app. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Install the app, open Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID.
How do I move my client records to a new device?
Records are stored only on your device, so restore your new phone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one and the app's data comes across with it. Setting up a new phone as new (without a backup) does not transfer records.
How do I cancel?
Apple manages subscriptions: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or follow Apple's guide. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I delete all data?
Delete clients individually in the app (swipe a client row), or delete the app to remove all locally stored records at once.
