Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quit Porn: NoFap Streak (the "App"), published by App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License and Apple standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard "EULA"). Where these Terms and the Apple standard EULA differ, the Apple standard EULA applies to your license to use the App. You can read it here:

Not medical advice

The App is a general wellness and self-help tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a health professional or a local support service. You use the App at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing.

Eligibility

The App is intended for adults and is rated 17+. You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country.

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (the full recovery library, full stats and trends, and multiple custom streaks):

• Weekly Premium — $6.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Annual Premium — $44.99 per year.

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. A free tier (streak counter, panic button, and 5 articles) is available without a subscription.

Billing and renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For step-by-step instructions, see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

All data you create in the App is stored only on your device. We collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
