By using Puppy Training: Potty & Crate ("the App"), operated by App Harbour ApS, you agree to these Terms. The standard Apple licensed application end user license agreement applies: Apple EULA.
Training guidance only
The App provides general dog-training education for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioral advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your puppy's health, vaccinations, teething and which animals are safe to meet, and a qualified behaviorist for serious concerns. You are responsible for your puppy's safety and for how you apply any guidance.
Subscriptions and purchases
The App offers a weekly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase (a non-consumable, not a subscription). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore purchases from the app's Settings screen.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
