Common questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Puppy Training. You can also use Apple's guide.
What is free?
Week 1 of the program, the clicker and the potty log are free forever. Weeks 2 to 8 and the other tools unlock with any premium purchase.
The whistle or clicker is silent
Check that your device is not in silent mode with volume turned down, and that the app has finished loading. The whistle plays a real tone at the frequency you choose; very high frequencies can be hard for people to hear.
Subscription information
The app offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
