Why is Apple Watch required?
90 Day Challenge uses your Apple Watch to track workouts with accurate heart rate data, ensuring the adaptation engine can properly adjust your training. The Watch is essential for the guided workout experience.
How do I start a workout?
Open the app on your iPhone, tap on today's workout, then tap "Start Workout." The workout will automatically appear on your Apple Watch where you'll follow along and complete each exercise.
Can I skip a workout day?
Yes! Life happens. The program will continue from where you left off. Consistency over perfection—just pick back up when you can.
How does the adaptation work?
After each workout, you'll rate how you felt. Combined with your heart rate data, the app calculates a fatigue score and adjusts upcoming workouts accordingly. Every adaptation is explained so you understand why changes are made.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find 90 Day Challenge: Run & Lift, and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data synced to the cloud?
By default, your data stays on your device. If you sign in with Apple, your progress can optionally sync across devices. You can delete your cloud data at any time from Settings.
The workout isn't appearing on my Watch
Make sure both your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected (check the Watch app on your iPhone). Try restarting both devices if the connection seems stuck. Ensure 90 Day Challenge is installed on your Watch.
