90 Day Challenge: Run & Lift ("the App") is a training application for runners who lift, developed by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device:

Data Accessed from Apple Health (with your permission):

This data is read from Apple Health solely to track your training history and calculate fatigue/readiness scores. We do not write data to Apple Health without your explicit permission.

Data Synced to Our Servers (Optional):

If you choose to sign in with Apple to enable cloud sync, the following data is stored on our servers:

Cloud sync is optional. The App functions fully offline using local storage only.

Data We Do Not Collect

How We Use Your Data

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All data is stored on your device using iOS secure storage (UserDefaults and the file system). This data is protected by your device passcode and iOS security features.

Cloud Storage: If you enable cloud sync, data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway, using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your Apple User ID is used as an anonymous identifier.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data: apple.com/legal/privacy

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App.
