These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of 90 Day Challenge: Run & Lift ("the App"), a training application for runners who lift, developed by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

End User License Agreement

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for applications downloaded from the App Store.

Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscription plans that provide full access to all features. Subscriptions are offered and billed through Apple's App Store.

• Pricing, billing frequency, and free trial details are displayed on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase

App Requirements

The App requires:

• An iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later
• An Apple Watch running watchOS 10.0 or later
• A paired Apple Watch is required to use the workout execution features

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness training programs and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before starting any exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

• The training plans are generated algorithmically based on your input and may not be suitable for everyone
• Listen to your body and modify or skip workouts if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms
• We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during your training

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by App Harbour ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
