Migralog — Terms of Service

Not medical advice. Migralog is a personal tracking and logging tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the app is for your own record-keeping only. Never disregard, delay, or make changes to professional medical care based on anything in Migralog. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, medication, and treatment. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Migralog ("the app"), published by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License & Apple standard EULA

Your use of Migralog is licensed, not sold, and is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which applies in addition to these Terms. You can read it here:

Where these Terms and the Standard EULA differ, the more protective provision for the user applies to that specific matter, except where the Standard EULA states otherwise.

3. Subscriptions

Migralog offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (trends charts, most-common-trigger analysis, and doctor-ready PDF export):

Weekly subscription — includes a 3-day free trial, then billed weekly.
Annual subscription — billed once per year.

Key terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If you have a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. See support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Purchases can be restored from the app's Settings screen.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Migralog only for lawful, personal purposes and not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app. The app is provided for your individual record-keeping.

5. Your data

Migralog stores your logs locally on your device and collects no data. You are responsible for your own records, including keeping any exported reports you generate. Deleting the app removes your locally stored data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any records or reports are complete or accurate. Migralog is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any health decisions made in reliance on it. Consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
