Everything you need to get the most out of Migralog.
Logging an attack
Migralog is built so you can record an attack quickly, even mid-headache:
- Open Migralog and tap the + (Add / Log attack) button.
- Set the start time (defaults to now — adjust if you're logging after the fact).
- Choose the intensity on the 1–10 scale.
- Add duration, any symptoms, medication taken, and triggers you suspect.
- Add optional notes, then Save. Your entry appears in Recent history.
You can edit or delete any entry later by tapping it in your history.
Exporting a doctor-ready PDF
- Go to the Trends or Reports area (premium feature).
- Tap Export report to generate a doctor-ready PDF of your attacks, intensity, triggers, and medication.
- The iOS share sheet opens — email it, send it in Messages, save it to Files, or AirDrop it.
The PDF is generated on your device. Nothing is uploaded when you create or share it — you decide where it goes.
Subscriptions & premium
Migralog offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial and an annual subscription. Premium unlocks trends charts, most-common-trigger analysis, and doctor-ready PDF export. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through your Apple ID.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Migralog and choose a different plan or Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Full instructions: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
Restore purchases
Using a new device or reinstalled the app? Open Migralog's Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases to re-activate an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Troubleshooting
Premium features aren't unlocking
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
- Tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
- Check Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active.
- Confirm you have a working internet connection so the App Store can verify the purchase.
An entry looks wrong or is missing
- Tap the entry in Recent history to edit it.
- Because your data lives only on this device, deleting the app or resetting your iPhone removes your logs. Export a PDF periodically if you'd like a backup copy.
The app won't open or behaves oddly
- Force-quit and reopen Migralog.
- Make sure iOS and the app are up to date in the App Store.
- Restart your iPhone if the problem persists.
