Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Generator: Instant PDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Invoice Generator: Instant PDF is a mobile application that allows you to create, preview, and export invoices as PDF documents. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
Subscriptions
Free Tier: You may create and export up to 3 invoices for free. Free exports include a small branding footer.
Weekly Premium: Includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, the subscription renews automatically each week unless canceled.
Annual Premium: Subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Restore Purchases: If you've previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it by going to Settings within the App and tapping "Restore Purchases."
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the App to create fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by App Harbour and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business invoicing purposes.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including invoice data, logos, and text. This content is stored locally on your device and is not accessed by us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of calculations, tax compliance, or legal validity of invoices created with the App. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet applicable legal and tax requirements in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Data Loss
All data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, App deletion, or any other cause. We recommend exporting important invoices regularly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
