Troubleshooting
The currency doesn't look right
Make sure you've selected the correct currency before creating your invoice. Tap the currency field to choose from 150+ options. The app will remind you if no currency is selected.
My logo looks too big or too small
Logos are automatically scaled to fit the invoice header. For best results, use a square or horizontal logo. Very large images are compressed automatically.
Long company names or notes are cut off
Text auto-wraps in the PDF. If something looks off, try previewing the PDF to see the final layout before exporting.
I can't export my invoice
If you've used your 3 free exports, you'll need a Premium subscription to continue. If you have Premium and still can't export, try restoring your purchases in Settings.
My trial expired mid-session
You can still view and edit invoices, and preview PDFs. Exporting is blocked until you subscribe. No data is lost.
Restore Purchases isn't working
Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If it still doesn't work, wait a few minutes and try again — Apple's servers may be slow.
Where is my data stored?
All invoice data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, your data is deleted too.
Subscriptions
Weekly Premium: Includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, subscription renews weekly.
Annual Premium: Best value. Subscription renews annually.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
How to cancel your subscription
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name → Tap Subscriptions → Find Invoice Generator → Tap Cancel Subscription.
How to restore purchases
Open Invoice Generator → Go to Settings → Tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
