Overview
Invoice Generator: Instant PDF ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information or invoice data to our servers.
Data Storage
All data created within the App is stored locally on your device:
- Invoice details (client info, line items, amounts)
- Your business information
- Uploaded logos
- App settings and preferences
This data never leaves your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is deleted with it.
No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with any service. You can use the App immediately after download.
PDF Generation
PDFs are generated entirely on your device using Apple's PDFKit framework. Your invoice data is never sent to any server for processing.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following Apple services only:
- Apple StoreKit: Handles in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment information is processed entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us.
- Apple PDFKit: Generates PDF documents on-device.
- Apple FileManager: Saves files locally on your device. If you choose to save to iCloud Drive, that is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Subscriptions and Payments
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple may share a transaction ID with us for support purposes, but no personal information is included.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Invoice content or client details
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers tied to your identity
- Location data
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not collect any personal information from any user.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
