Troubleshooting

My GIF looks choppy

Increase the frame rate in the editor. Higher frame rates produce smoother motion (Premium unlocks up to 24 FPS).

My GIF file is too large

Lower the size or frame rate, or trim the clip shorter. The editor shows the file size on the result screen.

I can't save to Photos

When you tap Save to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add to your library. Allow it in Settings > GIF Maker if you declined earlier.

I purchased Premium but it isn't active

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used to buy.
