These Terms govern your use of the Symptom Tracker: Flare Diary application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms. The standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Flare Diary is a personal log for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a measuring device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something recorded in or produced by the App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
All content and software in the App are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
