Effective Date: June 16, 2026
App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Symptom Tracker: Flare Diary mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
Flare Diary is built to be private. Everything you log, including symptoms, pain levels, body-map locations, mood, weather, triggers, medications and notes, is stored only on your device. We do not collect it, we cannot see it, and we never sell it. The App has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no advertising.
Health and log data you enter: All of it stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes this data. You can also delete individual entries inside the App.
Automatically collected information: None. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs.
Subscription information: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Subscription status is verified on-device by Apple's StoreKit.
Because your data never leaves your device, we do not use it for any purpose. Your entries are used only to display your timeline, insights and exports to you, on your device.
We do not collect your data, so there is nothing for us to share, sell, trade, or rent. Exports (PDF or CSV) are generated on your device and shared only if you choose to send them.
If you enable the optional daily reminder, a local notification is scheduled on your device. This involves no server.
Your data is retained on your device until you delete it or remove the App. We hold no copy.
Flare Diary is a personal log for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a measuring device, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
