These Terms of Service govern your use of the Debt Payoff Planner: Track it mobile application (the "App"), operated by App Harbour ApS. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Your use of the App is licensed under Apple's standard EULA for App Store apps, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or at support.apple.com/HT202039.
Debt Payoff Planner is a planning and tracking tool. It is not financial advice, debt consolidation, debt management, or any kind of credit service. The numbers it shows are estimates based on the data you enter. Your actual debt balances, interest charges, and payoff dates depend on agreements with your creditors — always confirm with them.
All your debt and payment information is stored on your device. We do not receive, store, or process it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial decisions you make based on its outputs.
If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
