Troubleshooting
My purchase is not showing up
Open the app's Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. Restoring requires a brief internet connection.
Audio mode is silent
Audio study mode uses your device's built-in text-to-speech. Check that your ringer/media volume is up and the silent switch is off. No microphone access is needed or requested.
The app does not need the internet
All studying works fully offline. A connection is only used by Apple to process a purchase or a restore.
My governor or senators look wrong
A few answers change over time. Open the state-answers settings to edit your governor, U.S. senators, and state capital. Always verify your current officials at usa.gov or your state's official website.
My progress reset
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it. If you moved to a new device, purchases can be restored but locally stored study progress does not transfer.

The first 30 questions and one full mock exam are free. Premium unlocks the complete 128-question bank, unlimited mock exams, spaced-repetition drills, and audio mode.
