Citizenship Test 2026: USCIS - last updated July 11, 2026

This app does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything happens on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app has no user accounts and no login.

Data stored on your device

Your study data, such as which questions you have answered, your mastery and readiness scores, and the state answers you edit (governor, senators, state capital), is stored only on your device. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes this data.

Permissions

The app requests no permissions. It does not use the camera, location, microphone, contacts, or push notifications. Audio study mode uses your device's built-in text-to-speech and does not record anything.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and manages your subscription; we never receive your payment details. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Internet use

All studying works offline. The app only reaches the network when Apple processes a purchase or a restore.

Children

The app is a general-audience study tool and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no data from anyone.

Not affiliated with the U.S. government

This is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or the U.S. government. The official questions and vocabulary are public-domain USCIS material.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
