These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bank2CSV: Statement Converter mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
The App is free to use for limited previews (convert any statement, see every transaction on screen, run the full balance check, and export a 10-row preview). Premium unlocks unlimited full exports through:
To manage or cancel your subscription: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Bank2CSV: Statement Converter, then make changes or cancel. See Apple's guide to managing subscriptions.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that results obtained will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors will be corrected.
Bank2CSV extracts transactions automatically from a wide range of statement layouts, and the built-in balance check helps flag rows that may be missing or misread. However, automated extraction is not guaranteed to be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before relying on it. Bank2CSV is a conversion utility and does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any other matter relating to the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period unless refunded by Apple.
By using Bank2CSV: Statement Converter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
