A transaction row looks wrong or is missing.
Use the on-screen review and the built-in balance check. Bank2CSV reconciles every extracted transaction against the statement's opening and closing balance, then flags rows that may be missing or misread. Review the flagged rows before exporting, and you can confirm or reorder the export columns (date, description, amount, balance) so the file matches what you expect.
My statement is a scan or photo and nothing was extracted.
Bank2CSV reads scanned and image-based statements with Apple's on-device text recognition (Vision). Make sure the pages are reasonably sharp and upright. Very low-resolution or skewed scans can reduce accuracy; re-scanning at a higher resolution usually helps.
The conversion is slow on a very long statement.
Large statements (up to around 200 pages) take longer to parse, especially scanned ones that need text recognition. Keep the app open while it works. Everything runs on your device, so processing time depends on your statement length and iPhone model.
The exported file will not open in my spreadsheet app.
Export as Excel (.xlsx) for a ready-to-open spreadsheet, or as CSV for the widest compatibility. Use the share sheet to send the file to Files, email, or any app that opens spreadsheets.

How do I unlock unlimited exports?
Open the paywall from the app and choose the Lifetime unlock, or a weekly or annual plan. Converting, on-screen review, and the balance check are free; Premium removes the 10-row export limit.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases, or use the Restore Purchases link on the paywall. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose Bank2CSV. See Apple's guide.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Imported PDFs and exported files stay under your control and can be deleted at any time.
Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase ($24.99). Weekly ($3.99) includes a 3-day free trial, then renews weekly. Annual ($19.99) renews yearly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
