App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bank2CSV: Statement Converter mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: Bank2CSV does its work entirely on your device and does not collect your data.

Our core privacy promise

Bank2CSV converts your bank statements without uploading them.

When you open a PDF in the App:

• The PDF is read, parsed, and converted to CSV or Excel entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
• Scanned statements are read using Apple's on-device text recognition (Vision). No image or text is sent to us or any third party.
• Your statement contents, transactions, balances, and exported files never leave your device unless you choose to share them yourself (for example, via the share sheet to email or Files).

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information from you. Specifically:

• No account. The App has no sign-in and no user profile.
• No analytics. We do not embed any analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No statement data. Your bank statements and the data extracted from them stay on your device. We never receive them.
• No advertising identifiers. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Subscription information

The App offers optional premium access (a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase).

• All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Apple manages your subscription status; the App checks your purchase entitlement locally through StoreKit.

Data sharing

Because we do not collect your data, we have nothing to sell, trade, or rent, and we do not share your information with third parties. Subscription billing is handled solely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.

Data retention

Imported PDFs and exported files are stored only on your device, under your control. You can delete them at any time through the Files app or the App. We do not retain copies because we never receive them.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website with an updated effective date.
