Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the TradeCalc: Construction Calc mobile application (the "App") operated by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your use of the App. If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls for App Store matters.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
Free features
The free version includes, with unlimited use and full accuracy, forever:
- the feet, inches and fractions construction calculator,
- the Ohm's Law calculator,
- the square footage calculator.
Paid features
Any purchase unlocks the rest of the calculators, including:
- electrical: voltage drop, wire size and ampacity, conduit fill,
- plumbing: pipe size and flow rate (GPM),
- coverage: tile, flooring, paint and drywall,
- concrete slab and footing, and asphalt tonnage,
- HVAC: AC tonnage and CFM.
Purchases and pricing
The full app is available three ways. Prices are in USD and may vary by region; the App Store shows the exact price before you confirm.
- Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase. Not a subscription; nothing renews.
- Weekly subscription: $3.99 per week with a 3-day free trial.
- Annual subscription: $19.99 per year.
Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You are not charged during the 3-day free trial. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you purchase another plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Restore previous purchases, including the Lifetime unlock, with "Restore Purchases" in the App.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy; request them through Apple.
Lifetime purchase
The Lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks every calculator with no recurring billing. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices with "Restore Purchases". There is nothing to renew or cancel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, reverse engineer or decompile it, remove proprietary notices, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Estimates, not engineering
The App produces calculations and material estimates based on the values you enter. Results are estimates and references to assist your own judgment, not engineering, electrical, plumbing, structural, surveying or other professional advice. Verify quantities, code compliance and specifications with applicable standards, local codes and your supplier before ordering material, performing work or quoting a job. We are not responsible for over- or under-ordering, code violations, pricing errors or job outcomes.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP HARBOUR APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Your data
The App collects no data; your calculations and settings exist only on your device and are deleted if you delete the App. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may modify the App or these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted here and in the App with a new effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms; active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period unless refunded by Apple.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
