Terms of Service

Effective date: June 10, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Signature Scanner: PDF Signer app (the "App"), operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and business document-signing purposes.

Free tier and fair use

The App is free to download and use, with the following free allowances:

• Save up to 3 signatures or initials on your device
• Export up to 3 signed documents per rolling 7-day period
• Scan, draw, and type signatures with the standard font set

Premium subscriptions remove these limits and add premium features (unlimited saved signatures, unlimited signed documents, stamps, and the full cursive font set). These allowances exist to keep the App sustainable; they are enforced on your device.

Subscriptions

• Weekly Premium: $4.99 per week with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription converts to a paid weekly subscription unless cancelled.
• Annual Premium: $29.99 per year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or after the free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: Apple subscription guide.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
• Use Restore Purchases in the App to retrieve a subscription on another device.

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Signatures and documents

The App places an image of your signature onto documents and flattens it into the exported PDF. You are responsible for ensuring that signing a given document this way is legally appropriate for your jurisdiction and use case. The App does not provide cryptographic digital signatures, identity verification, or notarization, and we make no representation that documents signed with the App satisfy any particular legal requirement. All processing happens on your device; we never see your documents.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App to forge signatures or sign documents without authority to do so.
• Do not use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Intellectual property

All content and functionality of the App are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your signatures and documents remain yours.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP HARBOUR APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY DOCUMENT SIGNED OR SHARED WITH IT.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, and may update these Terms by posting changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
