Effective date: June 10, 2026. App Harbour ApS ("we", "us") operates the Signature Scanner: PDF Signer app (the "App").
Everything the App does happens on your device. Your signatures, photos, and documents are processed locally and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. The App has no account system, no analytics SDK, and no advertising.
The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to photograph your handwritten signature or a paper document. The picture is processed on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. The App receives your subscription status from Apple (via StoreKit) to unlock premium features.
If you email us at info@appharbour.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you.
Because the App stores your data only on your device, access, correction, and deletion are in your hands: edit or delete signatures in the App, or delete the App to remove everything. For anything else, contact us at info@appharbour.com.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
