These Terms govern your use of the Romp: Things to Do & Events mobile application (the "App") operated by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Romp helps you discover publicly listed activities and events for a location you choose. Listings, prices, opening times, and availability are gathered from third-party sources and may change or contain errors. Always confirm details on the official venue or organiser page before you travel or pay. Romp is a discovery tool and is not the organiser of any activity.
Romp Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: a weekly plan that includes a 3-day free trial, or an annual plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Romp Premium is for personal, family use. On-demand searches are subject to fair use of up to 10 searches per 30-day period; browsing your weekly list is unlimited. We may limit or suspend access for use that is abusive, automated, or commercial.
Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listings or from attending any activity found through the App.
