App Harbour ApS ("we", "us") operates the Romp: Things to Do & Events mobile application (the "App"). We have built Romp to need as little of your data as possible. This policy explains what that means.
You can use Romp without signing up, logging in, or giving us your name, email, or phone number.
When you load or refresh a list, the App sends the location you chose (a city name, for example "Copenhagen") and the time window to our service, which gathers matching, publicly listed activities and events and returns them to you. We do not send or collect your identity, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location. Romp does not use your device's location services.
Your chosen location and app preferences are stored locally on your device using standard system storage. They are not uploaded to us.
To build each list, our backend uses Anthropic's Claude API to search publicly available sources. Only the location and time window are sent for this purpose. Subscriptions and payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. Our backend is hosted on a third-party cloud provider.
Romp contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell data.
Romp is a tool to find things to do, used by adults including parents and carers. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not hold an account or personal profile for you, there is no personal data to access or delete on our side. Questions are welcome at info@appharbour.com.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
